Title: Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake

1 1/4cChocolate wafer cookies crumbed
3tbSugar
3tbButter; melted
1cChocolate chips; melted
18ozCream cheese
1cSugar
3 Eggs
1/2tsVanilla
1/2cPeanut butter

CRUST: Crush cookies in food processor; combine w/3 tb sugar and butter. Press firmly into bottom of springform pan. FILLING: Melt choc. chips & set aside. In bowl, cream cheese and sugar til light & fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat well after each. Add vanilla. Divide mixture in half. Into one half blend in melted choclate. In the other half, blend peanut butter. Spoon mixtures alternately into the prepared pan. Swirl the two batters together with a knife. Bake at 300 for 60-65 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate. Remove outer rim & cut into wedges. Very rich - enjoy!
